It all began with a desire God placed on our hearts. While we were only seeking information about how to get a home study, one phone call led to another, and we fell in love with a sibling group of 3 beautiful boys in Estonia. That's right...THREE boys! After questioning our sanity, and lots of prayer, we came to the conclusion that this is what we've always wanted--our family to fill our 3 empty bedrooms. It's just come a little sooner than we'd imagined! We'd love for you to keep up with our journey, and need all the prayers we can get!
The task of raising over $40,000 was a challenge and sacrifice that we willingly entered into, and is our responsibility. We in no way want this auction to be a tool to "pressure" anyone into bidding. We generally are not very comfortable with fundraising and asking people for money, so this has been a challenge. However, we know that several of our friends, family, and strangers have been moved by our story and are looking for ways to bring us one step closer towards uniting our family. We simply wanted to find a creative way to allow our friends to give to this cause. Praying, and spreading our story to your friends, is also a huge way to help support us.
